Question: You are in a boat in the middle of a river. You have 2 Cigar and have to light any one cigar. You don't have anything else with you in the boat? How will you do it?

"The Sun" is always there with me as a nature's gift...so I guess that's enough for me to "light up" or "give light" to a cigar. So, the solution is "The sun", the primary source of "light".
Take one cigar and throw it in the water. So the boat will become LIGHTER..... ...using this LIGHTER you can light the other Cigar.
The answers were suppose to be funny. That's why the warning in the header. :)
Let's search for other solutions.
